1 man 1 vote. But Chiam See Tong get all votes.
Chiam was quoted saying--
"absolute power corrupts absolutely."I dunt know his 8 years
vote powers in SDA
(Singapore Democratic
Alliance 新加坡民主联盟)
leading to the bad tradition he is opposing!!Today Strait Times
by KOR KIAN BENG
SDA's new
exco to decide on 2 key issues.
One of them is to decide if Chiam can continue his 8 years vote
powers in SDA:
''The power allow Mr Chiam to vote council
decision
and appoint the SDA's top
official.''
Chiam must be forgiven to have this kind of absoute powers
for he was outsed by Chee Soon Juan from his founding
party!!
@@@@@@@
In the news, sources close to SDA was quoted saying:
this should not be the case for a democratic party in
a democratic country.

Singapore People's
Party 新加坡人民党
ROS:
0189/1994
Registered on 21 November 1994, it is the breakaway faction
of SDP formed by some ex-cadres after the serious conflict between
then-SDP leader Chiam See Tong and other leaders. Just before
GE1997, Chiam left SDP to join SPP. When SDA was formed, SPP gave
up its logo to the alliance and adopted the present one.
