BHO, like most of the presidents who preceded him, probably employs a large staff of speechwriters. I seriously doubt he composed the speech entirely by himself.

agreed i think you have to be very involved in the writing. Interesting enough most feedback was that this was not his greaterest speech but it was suitable for the occasion.
