unfortunately..
now aday the malay police very smart..
they rob u in boardday light and send u to jail
clever right?
still have to see u got sufficient $$ to bribe them =x
if too little = sayonara to yourself..
i heard of 1 case before that 1 Chinese knocked down an Indian
to death..& that chinese was found to be having high
alcoholic content when he was tio caught..
he offered some $$ to the police officers..then still insisted
on arresting him..it was only when he offers triple the amt..then
the police officers let him go =x
as long as the $$ is alot for them..they will still
"conveniently forget" their duties as a police officer
