Suspected criminals escaping from courts.

Common excuses given, "it's an honest mistake". 
Eh..sori hor, please get this right, we paid our Ministers high
salaries for one reason only, that is, to curb corruption. Whether
they are competence or not is not an issue with regard to their
high paid.
