proper equipment listing, inspections of the buildings

issues and critical incidence and to supervise contractor &
technician

that works orders have been carried out accordingly and on time
agreed

<!--[endif]-->Carry out preventive and
corrective maintenance work
<!--[if !supportLists]-->¡
<!--[endif]-->Any other ad hoc duties as
and when directed by Management
Requirements
<!--[if !supportLists]-->¡
<!--[endif]-->Candidate must possess at
least a NTC / NITEC in Electronic / Mechanical / Facilities
Management
<!--[if !supportLists]-->¡
<!--[endif]-->Minimum 3 years of relevant
working experience in residential / commercial / industrial
facilities maintenance
<!--[if !supportLists]-->¡
<!--[endif]-->Possess experience in
managing commercial building / Banking industry
preferred.

<!--[endif]-->Have good anticipation,
analytical skills, with problem solving aptitude
<!--[if !supportLists]-->¡
<!--[endif]-->Good leadership,
interpersonal skills and team building spirit.
<!--[if !supportLists]-->¡
<!--[endif]-->Excellent communication
skills, both written and spoken.
<!--[if !supportLists]-->¡
<!--[endif]-->Must be able to work
shifts, weekends and public holiday.
