1. Call Centre Assistants
Job description:
- Handle phone calls from customers
- Make appointment for customers for servicing
- Assist with service advisors on call centre
matters
- General admin duties
Requirements :
- Experienced as Receptionist or customer service ground
job.
- Customer oriented with high level of service
attitude
- Hardworking, outgoing and enthusiastic
- Pleasant looking and attitude
Salary : $1500 to $1800 ( depending on experience)
Extra Duty Allowance: $200
Working hrs: 8am to 6pm (Monday to Friday) 8am to 1230pm (Alternate
Saturday)
2. Service Quality Officers
Responsibilities:
• Make calls to customers for telephone report
• Handle customer’s complaints/feedback and update to
managers.
• Take care of customer delight programme
coordination
• Assist other colleagues during their absence
Requirements:
• O levels or higher
• At least 2 years experience in the customer service
industry
• Positive attitude, can communicate well with people at all
levels
Working Hours: 8am to 6pm (Monday to Friday) and 8am to 1230pm
(alternate Saturday)
Working Location: Ubi
3. Technician
Requirements:
- At least NTC 2 in Motor Vehicle Mechanics or
equivalent
- Minimum 2 years' experience preferred
- Servicing/Repairing of Cars
- Class 3 driving license is a must
Working Hrs/wk:
Monday to Friday - 8.30 am to 6.00pm,
Alternate Saturday - 8.30am to 12.30pm.
Salary range: S$1,800 to S$2,000 (depends on skill, experience and
qualification)
4. Motor Claim Advisors
Job scope:
• Manage accident reporting
• Liaised with insurance company pertaining motor claims/accident
reporting
• Study vehicle repair history and inform superior of any
abnormalities or repeated complaints.
• Conduct vehicle checking for body and paintwork
repairs.
• Administration duties for costing, claims and vehicle
history.
• Other adhoc duties as and when assigned.
Qualification:
• Class 3 Driving License (Complusory)
• Good Communication Skills
• Customer Oriented
• Hardworking
Salary Range from SGD 1,800 - SGD 2,900
5. Service Advisors
Job Scope:
- To ensure overall customer satisfaction with Audi after sales
service
- To execute the core processes for Audi service
activities
- To oversee and supervise the work of the team's technicians and
ensure that they work in an efficient and professional
manner
- To liaise with other departments in ensuring that customers'
needs are met; on-time delivery, customer treatment, quality of
repair, reasonable cost, etc
- To provide initiative to ensure smooth and efficient
operation.
Location: Ubi
Salary: S$ 1.8 - S$ 2.6
Quarterly Service Incentive
Requirements:
- At least Diploma, A level, NTC 2/3 or equivalent
- At least 2 years experience in the automotive industry as a
service advisor or related experience
- Posses valid Class 3 license is a must
- PC Literate
