I need help with Singtel bill. My mum went overseas and she is technology illiterate. She does not understand roaming and I have forgotten to switch data roaming off for her. She has occur $621.57 from 04 May to 11 May and the following bill would be another exorbiant bill since she is overseas until 24 May 2017. I am unwilling to pay these amounts and I am seeking advises from everyone.

What can I do to waive away these charges ?

Unlikely you can get full waiver from your telco since you bear the responsiblity. Best way is to discuss with your telco and hope for partial waiver..

It is a freelance position, and working hours are 9am to 6pm on weekdays if there are projects.
