basically vtec would kick in at certain rpms, not at certain
speeds
in short , if you rev the car hard (5000 and above) rpms, the vtec
would kick in and you'll hear the engine scream
more economic models of hondas use Single overhead cams i tink and
the better peformance models all use double overhead cams (twin
cam)
