if u had decided that no matter what, you wanted to leave a
company, the boss asked you in for an interview to find
out why you want quit.
Do u think u will give him your true answer since you have
decided to quit? I dun think so,
Therefore in conducting and gathering the empircal survey as to
why people quit singapore, you may come out with a wrong hypothesis
and if applied, things will get worst resulting in more
quitters.

I will understand if you want to withhold the answer if you
murdered someone and is fleeing the country.
But i doubt anyone will hesistate by saying that some other
country is better and so they are going there. if the interviewer
tries to talk you out of it, just tell them talk to the hand. not
much point in lying.
