Singaporeans recently learned that the People's Action Party
(PAP) and the PAP Community Foundation are 2 distinct
organisations. I reckon even the White Elephant Association is also
a distinct organisation independent of the People's Action Party, and most
probably have no ties to it too.

Although its logo shares certain similarities to PAP, in no way it
is affiliated to the PAP. The White Elephant Association is founded
in 1954. Blue represents all races. Red represents action. White
represents purity.
