I didn't know that having ERP can slow down vehicles leh. And
even if there will be congestions, all vehicles will be travelling
at a very slow speed. the chances of having an accident will be
very very low.
I never know that our government is so "concerned" for
our safety leh! Wah... so damn proud and grateful of
them!
Ha... if safety was a concern on KPE, they should not have built
it. Want us to pay and get killed? Damn PAP!
I don't think slow speed prevents accidents.
Most of the time when cars are at slow speeds
they are very close , nearly bumper to bumper. Then Accidents occur
when they change lanes , some car have to jam brakes and the rear
bumper gets broken.
Then there will be argument and slower traffic as the lanes will
not be Enough in this instance.
