Which car to buy huh? (Lancer/Altis/Impreza/Civic)

Considering the following (choices in order) :
Lancer/Altis/Impreza/Civic

Any advise?

Lancer first choice becos, it's make in Japan, price is reasonable.
Actually quite like Altis, downside, it's made in Thai, found some of the interior not so good.
Impreza is good, price a bit high, maybe fuel consumption is high also.
Civic, think also made in Thai and price high as compare to the above.

Please help me.

For me i trust honda more coz
Lancer gear box easily spoil,and the new CVT lancer,looks ok but still the spec is not very good. Wink
Toyota is good but more UNCLE CAr
if buying a impreza,i rather save more money to buy a STI

In fact of the cars you shortlisted, Civic and Impreza has the better build quality.

Civic is still made in Jap.. but not for long as there are rumour in future, they'll be imported from Thai plant.

Lancer has the most dated engine but cheap. Altis has the poorest build quality but ironically, it's a Toyota(people used to associate Toyota with quality). Impreza is the most thirsty but offers great handling with its 4WD drivetrain. Civic is the most ex but engine is efficient and interior is roomiest.

Pros and cons.. you'll need to know what your priority is in your car.

What abt considering the Ford Focus … after a bit of mod (body kit plus 17 inches) .. the car looks damn chio … handling is superb as well

Seems like I have zoom into
Lancer or Altis.

The price of Lancer and Altis (Auto with those extra ornaments) are almost same ~ around $73k.

Very undecided.

Think Altis only got 1 year warranty. Is that true? If so, guess it's because it's made in Thailand, the collora all got 3 yrs warranty.

Confirm Lancer got 3 years warranty.
