Yes i do. The positive effect of it. I can walk on to the
streets late at night perfectly safe. So can my daughter, sister
and mum.
I stayed in Oz for a few years, though its generally safe. There
are still mobs and street gangs around. And these people are not
afraid of law enforcers.When someone dies, its already too
late. Prevention is better than cure. Not that u can bring back the
dead anyway.
Why?, because there is no "Police State" presence in Aus. The
stern image is lacking over there. Think about what i just
said.
