Quite ironic isn't it?
Gopalan challenged LKY to sue him for defamation to what he posted on
his blog.
They couldn't charge him with defamation, so they decided to
charge him with insulting a public servant. 
What's next? They going to charge him for jaywalking, littering,
not flushing toilet to make up for the defamation suit? Maybe they can find fault with him in tax
evasion. Wait a minute, he's a US citizen so he doesn't have income
in Singapore.
So one has to question whether what he said on the blog was
true. Afterall someone did said if lies are not pursued in a court,
then it has the essence of being the truth.
TIME: Couldn't you have been lighter on the
opposition�not sue?
LEE: No. If you don't sue, repetition of

Why do Lees not sue G Nair for defamation ,now?
It takes time to initiate action and cant stop him from leaving
SG,

will not land him in jail,but criminal prosceution
will.
This will teach him a good lesson.This is not u say,i say,and he

that if SG is with freedom of speech,democratic sysytem etc.
People in the world will see.Like Chinese say.''Justice

SG people need not told by CSJ,G Nair...etc that
Lees rule SG.WE stay here,we know if it is or not.
We can leave every minute we want.
We need not to bribe to get a passport,nor bribe to board a
plane even with vallid passports....
Ask your maid then u know what i mean.
But CSJ etc hint SG shall follow the democratic sysytem in
these countries, like rotating ruling parties,freedom to
protest
and assembly etc.Oh thanks.I dunt ant to bribe to get a

3.G Nair never
think of criminal prosecution
In his 31 May morning blog,most likely the last blog before his
arrest,
he just mention defamation suit.
He just think that the most Lees can do would serve him
a Writ of Summon or lawyers letter in the hotel,demanding
him
retract his statement unconditionally and apology
in STimes etc.Even this happen,he stil can board the
plane and show the letters in LA airports to western medias.
If G Nair gets letter from Lees lawyers,he would send e
mails to
western medias before he board the plane.
4.Mistakes of
G Nair
Zaobao and STimes reportered that he sent e mails to AG and
SG.
I think at least AG has the power to decide if gavaman to
prosecute or not.

We are human being and we have a limit,so do AG and SG
and Judge Belinda Ang.
Nair just dunt know the SG judiciary system improved a lot
since
he left.Prosecute fast
and trial fast.Justice delay is justice
denied!
Many back logs were cleared under the almight CJ Yong,
buddy of LKY.Have u seen LKY couple had dinner openly
with his friends?CJ Yong was one of very few.
Nair left SG in early 1990's,after he got defamation suit in
1991
and fined 8k and legal cost of 13,000.
S$21,000 can buy him almost half of a 4- room HDB (90 m2)flat
then.
He just cant understand the current effeciency of SG judiciary
sys.
