Actually the government real focus is not whether you marry or
not, but whether you produce children or not.
So I think government should give subsidy to child care,
maintenance cost, their food, healthcare everything. Then need to
ask their parent to sign bond such that their kids must remain
singaporean till certain age, if not must pay back. That is more
practical.
Anyway, I doubt government will do that lah.
