assume that out of 100 person, 1 will win?
You should take into account that 1 person may buy more than 1
ticket.
The fact is, I don't have the statistics can can only guess from
these secondary statistic. U r right to say no everybody buy 1
ticket but multiple tickets but again not every tickets has a
1/100 chance to win either.
The conclusion is a high amount of tickets r sold, and from
observation a high number of people do buy 4D and toto.
