George Yeo set out the frame work of Organ Reimbursement
SG minister think carefully before they speak .
In protocol,Singapore Foreign Minister George Yeo is the first
minister
after PM,SM,MM and two DPM.

So,what he spoke ,i think,reflected the Cabinet's direction on
organ reimbursement.
U can call it organ trading or sellin or whatever.
This is Singapore.We just do what we think is right to do,need
to do
and do at the right time.
George Yeo said,when he met Singapore Polytechnic
students,
3 conditions must be met before
organ reimbursement is allowed:
1.Donor and donee dunt know each other.
2.Charitable organsation arrange donor to be reimbursemed
and given medical care.
3.Donor will get priority if s/he needs organ donation
later.
哪三个条件？
这三个条件是：一、器官交易双方互不认识；二、由慈善机构安排出售器官者获得补偿和医疗照顾；三、出售器官者日后需要时，可优先接受器官移植手术。

Oragn reimbursement is very controversial.
Internationl organsation called for SG NOT to allow such

even before SG gavaman makes its stand clearly.

只要管制人体器官交易的机制能附带三个条件，外交部长杨荣文认为使交易合法化是他可以接受的。

在新加坡理工学院念旅游及度假胜地管理系的莎拉·大卫昨天在杨荣文到校园同300多名学生代表对话时拼命举手，终于在一个半小时的答问时间里得到了最后一个发问机会，原来她想问的是部长对器官买卖的个人看法。
“我这么问是因为如果有一天我需要新的肾脏，既然有人愿意立刻卖给我，我才不要等上九年。”
杨荣文回答时解释反对器官交易的人是认为身体发肤受之父母，不可损毁，但是人们也不能无视等不到肾脏的病人的痛楚。
“这是一道很难决定的道德问题。”
有些人卖肾之后可得到一大笔钱，使全家人得以摆脱贫困，但也有些人是在受到中间人威胁或剥削的情况下卖肾的。
他认为，器官买卖不是不可以，但最好能满足以上三个条件。
因为器官交易双方互不认识，售卖器官者被剥削、被勒索的情况就会大为减少，而由慈善机构出面协助安排售卖器官者接受补偿和医疗照顾，也能保障他们的利益。
