Gambling in Singapore can only be illegal or regulated by the
government.However, the consequences of gambling is the same.
Gamblers lose wealth, interest in the world and most importantly,
their loved ones! Legaling it wiil only encourage more people
to gamble. If they cannot
gamble at legalised places, they would resort to gambling at
illegal places, etc. For example illegal bookies.
Therefore, I feel that it is better to discourage gambling totally
by making it illegal.
