neighbouors liao, who always threaten to cut water supply in the
face of a tiff between both parties.
Desalination and NEWater are definitely ways to go...
In addition, citizens must start to learn how to save water, and
industries who practice good water conservation or water recycling
get some form of tax exemption.
NEw Household (new hdb) flats can segregate the different water
collection for recycling purpose and channeling to other
usage.
