insider source..however, the exact fund is unknown..so i guess must
be some kinda fund tat benefit the emperor only

get all ministers to have 30% pay cut so as to lower some taxes
tat everyone suffers from(read GST,govt stupid tax).
its an outrage that the govt keeps taking and does not give back
to the people. its worse that the govt has the cheek to ask the
