The property market in US like shit now and it is going to be like shit for many months and even years to come because American citizens have been using their house like an ATM machine. If you are holding on to multple property in US (which I doubt so) your properties will have negative asset avalue, and you will be loosing your pants with the depreciation of US$.

So how much is your 2nd property?
