Rims n Tyres for Vios in Black

Wanted to change the rim and tyres from their 14inch to 15inch...
M looking at lower profile tyres to match along...
doubt 1:does the increase in rim size slow down the pick up rate and increase on the fuel consumption?
doubt 2: should i go for a typcial taiwan-made or Malaysia-made rim?
doubt 3:any recommendation for car tyres brand?

if the larger rims weigh heavier, then pick up and fuel consumption may be affected to a certain extent. even if rim-to-rim, the weight gap is minor, the difference may prove to be significant when u multiply by 4 wheels... another probable minus pt is riding comfort...
but of course, besides better looks, bigger wheels render better stability esp if u're a speed freak...
