I'm not the fittest person in the world.. probably one of the worst.. not very healthy as my cholestrol count requires me to go get more life insurance.. but my immunity to diseases is pretty high. And SARS is probably a newly mutated disease, so immunity may be zero even for very healthy, fit people with strong immunity to other illnesses...
