complete required procedures for nomination
First ,he submitted the wrong form.In next election,he thought
he had submitted the Minority form,but the CCTV footage help him to

misplace his form!can Election Dept,in the future, issue receipt
anything
ED receive.
If the person cant produce the receipt if there is any
dispute,
this is the person's liabilty to prove that he did submit
