This is true.

In USA, when the doctors wants to charge a higher price than what is agreed with the insurance for the cost payout, the differences is charged to the patient.

Because of this insurance thing, many doctors has quit, because they spend more time doing paper work than really treating patients.

According to the latest news from CNA, she had just undergone surgery yesterday, and is still in serious conditions.... Hope she can be better, undergoing surgery at this age might be very very risky, infact I would say most doctors would not recommend a surgery at this age... .
