i dun think there r any problems, as i was practising this
almost every day, when my civic esi was screwed up(engine overheat
too quickly). i pressed the clutch when around 120km/h, and
sometimes even switched off the engine. this was a little risky as
u cannot see wat speed u r at, wat's the temperature etc... but if
i dun do this the steam would come out of the bonnet and there
would be a whistling sound(can be mistaken for a turbine 
or a kettle) and
with people always staring it can be a little awkward...
