CSJ, CSC and the SDP cannot possibly win in a trial when the set
rules of Judicial Proceedings are already thrown out of the judge's
chamber.
Even the animals in the Singapore Zoological Gardens live more
comfortably with a set of rules guiding the zoo keepers
behaviour.
If you imagine a scenario which has our self-acclaimed
Elites deciding to seek their ''pound of flesh'' from the animals,
and prevent the zoo keeper from following the set operating rules,
the ones to suffer will be the animals.
All that CSJ, CSC and the SDP can do is to squeeze as much as
they can - which is not much now - as the proceedings have been cut
from 3 days to less then one and a half-day - with the second day
being trimmed to only 2 hours.
Even before the trial began, the judge has already shown
biasness by not dismissing herself to hear this trial, as she was
the presiding judge in awarding the summary judgment against CSJ,
CSC and the SDP.
Somehow, the attorney for both MM and PM - all from the Ruling
Party - had managed to strike out almost the entire Affidavit
Evidence in Chief prepared by CSJ and CSC - including that for
the SDP.
This is practically a gag order placed on the Defendants - CSJ,
CSC and the SDP.
In any zoo, they will call this a kangaroo court of
justice.
Is the Zoo any different from an Animal Farm
