I think they must change the outlook of the ITE students.
They don't have an achieving outlook.
But the real problem in my opinion is a deeper and larger one
that concerns the entire education system.
how to? they themselves know that by eaving sec sch for the ITE,
they're already going down the lowest education route for tertiary
level. When the students have this kinda mentality, the good ones
will strive even harder to make themselves good and worth of going
to a poly and maybe even further on to a degree.
the average ones will just take life easily not knowing how hard
it will be further down the road. and when majority of the students
are like this, even the lecturers also have no passion to teach and
instead just go through the motions.
