Please sit down with her to discuss about her expectations in
marriage. Most of the time, people just dive into it without
thinking of consequences. Ask her, if her family back in China, do
you need to support them? Worst would be if her family, ask money
from you to support the entire village. This happened to my friend
before. The money went to build temples, walkway, schools, walls
and well for the village. It's not cheap.
Having said that, there are still good china ladies around who
are rational in their expectations and knows how to think for their
partner. If your partner happens to fall into this category,
congratulations. =)
