Singapore is a country with one of the highest prison
population in the world.
Makes you wonder what they mean by low crime rate and how they
achieve it.
The definition of crime in a dictatorship is subjective. After
all, detainees who are indefinitely detained for acting in a manner
prejudicial to the interest of the state (rather, the tyrants
running the regime) are technically not criminals, are they?

It is also worth noting criminal investigations are never
initiated against the select few who are immuned from prosecution
due to their "talents" in running this regime.
