the managment level, or those who are responsible have to be
penalised either in terms of burnt weekends, monetary payment.
Even Wong kang sen should be penalised if he is found to be
responsible in some ways for not handling his ministry well. I am
not saying he is responsible.
The government should put in placed penalty system so that
it ensures a minimum level of standards for civil servants and
government positions.
Its not about the blame game but a game of accountability. In
army and school, people get penalty for mistakes. In
workplace, there are penalties system sometimes also. in
soccer, there are also red card and penalty kick.
The government has to tell its people through papers who is
responsible after the independent inquriy of the case is done. To
the government or whatever department concern, "my eyes are
watching"
