It won't be long before one HDB flat costs one million
buckeroos. :lol:
plus,
even at $1million, HDB will claim that it is "subsidized"
housing.
and u will still be subjected to the HDB ruling of;
- no selling withing first 5 years of occupancy.
- no subletting or renting unless HDB approves it.
- pay a hefty tax if u did get captial gains on the sales.
basically, u are paying a hefty price similar to commercial
properties but minus the flexibility of one.
