Should this be public knowlege?
If all on contract, how will this affect the Retrenchment
statistic? Permanent employees are more difficult to retrench than
Contract ones?
Or there is no need to retrench contract staff on contracts 1
year or 6 months or less since just not renewing it will stop the
employment? convenient?
How many positions are permanent and how many are contracts?
compare the last 5 years till date.
