well, i feel, mayb, if u lik loud strong bass,add a 2-channel
amp N a good 12"sub to ur stock headunit 1st lor, lik tat can
slowly slowly upgrade mah...cos i feel almost every1 will find bass
not enough as when u moving on rd, so noisy,lorry pass u cannot
hear music liao.on road,got high,little mid den mayb poor bass(base
on my vehicle....
If you R a SQ guy, den hv to get a Gd or not,decent HU,if not, how
u tune also will not sound at its best.
1.)If u not enough $$ but wan loud bass,mayb now u try this normal
set-up 1st lor...
get a 2 channel amp at $120+++++ from Sim Lim tower,one Kicker Comp
VR 12" at $110 (i tink),& get a sealed box(mayb around
$80??)...get it installed at those car shops at around $120.00
Remember must ask if got come wid wires or fuse holder
hor...er....wire tat from ur batt to te power amp,in between got a
fuse tat type + installations of amp + wires....
Price??--- already come up to bout $450 liao,so hv to depend on you
lor...
2.)Well, if still wan louder + "bong "till everyone will look at
you, den get a better sub 1st.i using Cerwin-Vega,Vega series,the
edge round the woofer red colour tat 1($170)+ a ported box.Bass is
hard,will hit "sim gua",also get a gd amp to tahan the woofer cos
tat sub abit hard to drive it to sound good when loud although at
94db.Best if u can get a 2-chn amp when bridge will hv bout
200-250RMS to "loot" the cerwin-vega,den...ppl hear liao,respect
respect...
Price??---got to depend on what amp u use,remember, still hv to
standy at least $100 to get it fix on ur ride....
3.)Fyi,this 2 option only gives u loud bass+vibrations only but te
$$ already quite high...
4.)Unless u consider the $588 set-up lor,which is with
installations right?...
