The arabs refused to set up an independent state of
Palestine.
Let's say some PRCs start to migrate to Singapore and pretty
soon, they form the majority in eastern part of Singapore.
They then say they want to set up their own state in eastern
Singapore.
We Singaporeans can set up one in western part.
Will you accept the PRC's terms or tell them to fuck off and
resist?
Read history before trying to twist it. 1949 Armistice
Agreement - between Israel and its
neighbors Egypt , Jordan,Lebanon , and
Syria settled on the agreement that Palestine was not a distinct
territory. They divided the region up and soaked it into their
territory. Egypt , Jordan, Lebanon , Syria are arab countries
and they would be in a better hand to negotiate for an independent
palestine which they did not.
Palestine is just a piece of territory , not some formerly
annexed independent country . And Singapore is an independent
country - not like Palestine.
