This is very puzzling to me...

i have a female colleague who is quiet and meticulous at work. She's also very pretty, in fact, i consider her to be the most pretty in the office but she does not seem attractive to the boys around...me included.

I have been putting in efforts lately to make her open up more...talk to more people, ask more questions.... In this way, she'll learn more ways to protect herself instead of just one...

I can see she is doing so, but not enough. Maybe i am too impatient to see her grow stronger....haha...watching her grow stronger is like seeing my own sister grow up...

Her reply to me is if i am so attractive, why is it so hard for her to have a boyfriend? i got dumbfounded...i can only say she must look at all potential suitors with her eyes and heart open..she cannot just blindly take a tom, dick or harry for a boyfriend, can she? she will suffer....

i wonder how do i let her know she is really attractive with no lack of suitors yet be cautious at the same time...

I find it hard to believe that an obviously pretty girl doesn't know she's attractive. Perhaps like jess said, she's waiting in frustration for that special person she secretly admires.

i have a friend like that too, she's smart (studying law), and really pretty, so very few guys dare to approach her. but the ones who do approach are cute and rich, but these guys just make gals insecure, that's why she still single now and always bitching to me about it.

surprisingly the guy she likes is a average-looking guy, but he's a very considerate and caring guy, a rather serious guy. my fren will practically drool when she see him concentrating on his work, lol

Hahaha...candiz..what you said occurred to me too and i asked myself why i like some other girl but not her....

In the end, in order to quash this question inside me, i made attempts to know more about her and got my answer.....

To keep it short,there is nothing wrong about her, just that she is not my type i go for...she reminds me of my sister who is 10 yrs younger than me...fun to be around with...i always tease her or poke fun at her....
