Civil wars = internal wars. Does not have any impact on other
countries except interruption to business.
Unless you consider the state of South East Asia as represented
by those companies that actually depend on business from China,
there will be not much of an impact because business are more
diversified then that.
i would like develope as u say.US like to interven is the
problem.
