I think there are about 50 of them at the moment. But recent news state that and addition of 60 (YES, 60! ) will be added. Isnt that crazy?????????

Either build more roads or estimate how many cars should be taken off the road. These are the more feasible solutions. Somehow, our govt solve problems with the introduction of COE or ERP.

Gantries can divert car traffic to use alternative roads but will cause slow traffic or traffic jam in another spot. If every car needs to pass the gantries to get to a destination, the traffic jam will still remain unsolved. The use of gantries is an excuse to tax car owners.
