In the first place, the money comes from our tax-payer's
hard-earned money. I see only money returning to
the payers and we will be returning back to the
government when we are paying their taxes. In th
end, It is just one cycle and on and on. So it is
actually no gain or no much loss balance kind of thing.
Well, it still is better than nothing.
Government collect taxes from PR, FT, Singaporean,tourist,
corporation etc etc, but the freebies given usually
only benefit Singaporeans.
It is not a zero sum game
