for the education of the indigenous ppl.
For example, the aborigines in australia, fiji, etc still get free
education.
In Singapore, the aboriginal Singaporeans (Malays) used to get free
education.
But around the 1990s, LKY abandoned the policy for the sake of
meritocracy. Now we no longer receive.
the subsidy we receive is from Mendaki, deducted from Muslim
workers pay - administered by Mendaki.
