In an employer view,
It doesnt matter whether which university you went to. Because HR
manager usually flip thru your qualification and skip to your work
experience part.
some Master Degree Holder are like nerds, cant even do their work
well.
HR manager is looking at your character and personalties.
There are few personalties that a successful person will
possess,
- Hardworking
- Intelligent
- Good EQ
- Willing to go the extra mile
- Willing to learn everything (even the job is not yours)
- last but not least, most importantly (PERSISTENCE)
- LUCK
All the above will make u succeed in your life. If you do not have
the above attributes, a normal 9 to 5 job will suit you!
