Poor education of Singaporean resulted from corruption in
MOE.
MOE,being part of the Government,naturally is a puppet of the
corrupt PAP political party.
All the funds were channeled and prioritised to elite schools(and
not to forget,fund Temasek Holdings) in order to gain a good image
overseas where im sure people knows that other countries are using
our books now.
