Idea : have FT to work for Oppos

Let me elab.

Foreigner can become PR in just like that time.

PR can be citizen if they choose.

So, indirectly, many FT can be citizen if they choose.

Many say sg lacks talents.

Many say for 50 years Oppose lack talents enough to win. I have no comments on this assumption.

what I would like to say is,

should Oppose consider seriously my advise to them :

1. if you seriously lack talents enough for you to even just field candidates to stand for election, you may consider my advise to recruit from overseas. This is of course takes some preparation, scouting and planning.

Imagine , Oppose have enough talents to stand for election in as many GRCs and wards as there possibly will be,

I don't see they will loose more than they already have been consistently, for the last 50 straight years.

The Foreign Talent MPs can then donate some of their wages to charities as a form of lower wages.

Then we can compare the achievements of these MPs to those of the PAP MPs. Number of working hours clocked, number of meet the people sessions, creative ideas developed etc

I can only say that we must not allow double standard to exist.

If the private sector is having to face competition from foreigners,
who can also become citizens quite fast and easily,

so too should the public sector. I mean they should also enjoy this wonderful feeling.

We must not be so selfish as to limit the wonderful feeling to just the private sector. The hardworking performance orientated public sector should also welcome this competition.

Foreigner cannot work in public sector?

not true. so many projects employ so many many many many many foreigners.

Public sector permanent employees can also be foreigners-turned-citizen. So easy.

Thus, Foreginer can become citizen. There is no problem.

Thus, we must not limit good talents from working as MPs and ministers, in my opine.

I propose we import 100 000 politicians who want to be loyal citizens to serve the people and have never seen before COMPETITION for our poloiticians especially the OPPOSITION which is said to be lacking a few good men.

what do you citizens say? time to beef them up to serve you better? salary hiked already. But I like to see where is my cheese. anyone who can impress me will get my support. As simple as that.

My friends dun wanna wait another 50 long years!

Since the government love to emphasis that foreigner-turned-citizens are Singaporeans, they can work in public sectors and even take part in political elections for opposition.

And I bet if FTs turned SIngaporeans be ministers, we can give them lower wages!

Well, I am sure FT MP (especially those from less developed nation) will be willing to serve with much lower pay and with much more eagerness. And will not be as demanding as PAP ministers (expecting millionaire salary).

And I am sure they will be more willing to take our view more seriously. I am all for having FT MP, ministers or even president. Laughing

If we can attempt to attract smart brains like PhDs to become new citizens,
what makes it so difficult to also attract politicians of PhD calibre to beef up the Political scene? The OPPOSE have never won the ruling party for a straight , continuous, consistent, 50 long years or so, seldom seen in 1st worlds. IF OPPOSE does lack talents enough to win, they may like to take note of my solution for them.

HIRE as many new politicians as possible from overseas who want to be a sg citizen. Filter and select like choosing FTs to become citizens here. From the whole world , there will be enough talents to beef up the OPPOSE.

sg talents chosen from sg population is only the best out of so few people compared to large countries.

I propose advertising for politicians from all over the world to become new citizens in sg. Tell them what a great feeling it is to serve the people. Tell them, that talents are compensated world world rec rec cord cord good good.

The INCENTIVE is there to be taken.

Which country in the world offer a better package?

If oppose adopt my proposition, I have some hope , no more another 50 years. maybe 10 000 years!
