I’m from the Netherlands. We’ve had this strange thing of Moslim
youth stoning and rejecting an ambulance called to aid another
youth (of their own group?). The female medic got slapped and they
had to leave the area again (a swimming pool). When it left they
were chanting “It left because we are foreigners..”. The news
convienently didn’t mention it was Marokkan youth. Kutmarokkanen we
call them, it’s actually a (new) word in our dictionairy (can you
believe it..). There’s also an example where a dutch medic, male,
wanted to help a Muslim (marokkan?) girl. When he touched her, her
boyfriend(?, or brother) went crazy and beat the medic. Clash of
cultures? Clash of times (modern/middle ages)? I don’t know. That
means we’re clashing with them too. I see more of trying to accept
them and bending of rules to make them happy. It has to end.
