Some say, and I concur, that the process from courtship to
marriage with your eventual spouse is the process of maturity and
development. Both parties are constantly developing into the ideal
husband and wife to as humanly possible a degree as possible, while
maturing in their thinking together. Both these qualities of course
are intertwined, advancing in one corresponds to a step in the
other.
However, it'd seem that the modern couple is neglecting these
mutual parenting and self-improvement factor. It is humanly logical
to assume that as long as the relationship stays intact and weather
the storms together somehow both parties will end up
becoming better partners and better human being, however statistics
reveal otherwise.
My question is that, how do/would you help your current partner
become a better spouse and person in the future? (Let's not deal
with what everyone think
an ideal spouse is but how do you go about helping him/her!)
