Every sound major government policy according to PM Lee can be explained by him to the people in less than 5 minutes.

He probably did not read the posts here. If he had he would probably realize that many of his so-called sound policies like the deferment of retirement draw-down age to 85 or the ministers' million-dollar pay issues have been demolished in less than 5 minutes here by ordinary citizens who are not as talented as his ministers.

If his major policies are as sound as he claimed they surely cannot be easily demolished as seen happening here.

First we must have logic and rationale established in a policy before action. If there is no logic and the policy is anti-progress or anti-people or causing rising costs of living or loss of economic competitiveness then it is really NATO.

He followed daddy's style. 5 minutes or less to talk about the main points of the policy proposal. Prime Minister is the boss of all ministers - so have to listen to alot of people every day. Time management mah.

it is not time management but rather the mindset, if he value the inputs from the ministers, then he should get the feedbacks in parliament. Why then if they know that LHL will push thru’ the bill with or without their approval, then why bother with all the charades in the parliament?
