The govt wants to build a green and clean S'pore. In order to
achiece a green S'pore, the govt should change the attiudes of the
staff concerned of town councils and other govt bodies.I find many
of them are anti-green instead of pro-green.Teach them how to plant
appropriate shrubs, how to prune trees & shrubs, not to cut grass
too short, and take a positive attitude towards residents who grow
plant on public properties.
