im here to say what i feel its correct. Its up to your own
perception who is saying the stuff which u feel its right.
I wish to point out.. Civil Servants do not get 15k per month for
nothing.
The ladder they have to climb.
The starting hurdles they have to overcome
The decisive decisions they have to make
The ability to perserve on
The ability to command your colleagues
The ability to ensure everything goes on smoothly
They do not get 15k starting pay
But they climb, slowly, year by year, testimonials by testimonials,
decisions by decisions, change of vocations, change of departments.
When they achieve the feat of having 15k pm. Most of them are not
young lads anymore.
