Why is it that out of 440 boats that took part in the race, only
Singapore's team were the casualties? What is your speculation, Dr.
Who? Incompetence? Who is incompetent?
BTW, all five bodies were recovered by the Cambodians, although
Singapore's number one navy divers with sophisticated equipment
were also involved in the SAR.
