Yes, there are always two sides to a story. Which side is in
greater need for a revamp now in our society?
Is it a case of people being more demanding and fussy in which
event the solution it general education or blaming everyone without
solving problems more proactively and positively or is it a case of
lack of accountability on the part of those in charge due to lack
of management excellence or EQ.
